I made mini cupcakes of french vanilla cake and a marshmallow fluff infused buttercream icing. The pretty pansy flowers and purple violets came from Layer Cake Shop.
I also used cupcake liners, icing flowers, edible glitter, tips and bags from Bakers Bling Shop and Cupcake Social:
